Mediva Vet Supply ships professional-grade veterinary products to licensed clinics and practices across the United States. This policy explains how orders are processed and shipped, and how returns work. Questions? Email orders@medivavetsupply.com.
Eligibility & Licensing
Mediva Vet Supply sells to licensed veterinary professionals, clinics, and facilities. Where a product requires it, customers must maintain a valid, active license to purchase. We reserve the right to verify credentials and to cancel any order that does not meet licensing or regulatory requirements.
Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, and typically ship within one business day. Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET generally ship the same business day; orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
We ship via UPS by default and may use an alternative carrier when appropriate. Overnight and expedited service is available at checkout or by request; expedited orders should be placed before the daily cut-off, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Refrigerated and other temperature-sensitive items ship via overnight service to protect product integrity. To avoid weekend transit, cold-chain orders placed on Fridays generally ship the following business day. Temperature-sensitive products are non-returnable except in exceptional circumstances.
Delivery Requirements
Orders must ship to a valid physical address that matches the address on your clinic's license. Carriers do not deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure someone is available to receive shipments, especially overnight cold-chain deliveries.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Orders $299 and over: free overnight shipping.
- Orders $150 and over: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $150: a flat $19.99 standard shipping fee.
Thresholds are based on your merchandise subtotal. Temperature- sensitive (cold-chain) items always ship overnight to protect product integrity.
Order Tracking
Once an order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you and is available in your account under Orders. Reach out if tracking hasn't updated within one business day of your ship confirmation.
Returns
To request a return:
- Inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of the invoice date by emailing orders@medivavetsupply.com. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
- Approved returns are processed within 30 days of receipt, with no restocking fee.
- Credits are issued as a credit memo to your account.
The following are not returnable: opened or used products, short-dated or expired items, temperature-sensitive products, and any item that cannot be returned to saleable, compliant inventory.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or credit promptly.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our returns process applies. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Specific rates, thresholds, and timelines are subject to change.
